2022 Nissan Pathfinder
2022 Pathfinder Reveal at Nissan of Duarte
Nissan of Duarte is excited to announce the next big thing from Nissan, the new and redesigned Nissan Pathfinder. Since 1986, Pathfinders have been dominating the roadways, and with a year’s break in model releases, it returns for 2022 with a head-to-toe overhaul. Nissan truly left no detail untouched with their newest Pathfinder, and it now features the best and brightest available technology, and abundance of comfort, and exhilarating capability. Residents from all of our surroundings regions including Arcadia, West Covina, Pasadena, Glendale, and more are thrilled about the latest reveal of the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder.
New from the Inside Out
Nissan subtly nods to its classic model in the new redesign, with a recognizable three slats on top of the aggressive new front grille. The 2022 pathfinder is wider, taller, and longer than ever before, and puts on quite the show for onlookers with a raised profile. A single contour across the length of the body catches the light and brings attention to a more aggressive power stance than seen in previous years.
The inside has been redesigned from the ground up. The newest Pathfinder sees an addition of a third seatbelt in the third row, so now seven passengers can hitch a ride instead of the previous model’s six. Choose between captain’s chairs or bench seating for the second row, but either way you can have access to two USB ports and even a 120-volt power outlet.
All New Tech and Safety Features
A cleanly redesigned cockpit adds in a floating-style 9.0-inch center touchscreen and an all-digital driver information display screen behind the steering wheel. Customize as needed and take advantage of the eye-level heads up projection screen that notes your speed, your next turn, and even which song is playing over the premium BOSE surround sound system. Access your phone’s best features using Apple CarPlay or Android Auto and enjoy many premium infotainment features and navigation.
Nissan incorporates its ever-evolving safety system ProPilot Assist, which is loaded with all the latest in driver-assistive systems as well as a series of optics and radar that serve as a second pair of eyes. An upgraded version of ProPilot Assist available on higher trims integrates with your navigation system to better anticipate your route and any surprises ahead.
Many of the exciting additions to the newest Pathfinder come from what is under the hood. The wheelbase and engine have stayed the same this year, but enough to pack quite the punch at 284 horsepower thanks to its 3.5L V6 engine. The Pathfinder is newly equipped with a 9-speed transmission which offers a higher level of control at a more optimal operating level.
The Pathfinder boasts a best-in-class towing capacity at a maximum 6,000 pounds, which is a new high for the model lineup. The Pathfinder also demonstrates its versatility with a new driving mode option, that incorporates six different modes based on terrain or driving preference, with an additional seventh “tow-mode” option for when you are bringing those loads along for the ride.
